After a year of tense negotiations between landlords and tenants, availability has increased on virtually every street in the country, and landlords have begun to adjust prices.

In Barcelona, Rambla Catalunya saw the entry of fourteen new brands last year; Portal de l’Àngel, nine; Paseo de Gracia and Portaferrissa, six each; and Diagonal, five, according to ASCANA data.
